Your day begins cruising through the sheltered waters of the beautiful Whitsunday Islands. Entertaining commentary

helps you to recognize landmarks along the way. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and a gourmet morning tea during your cruise.

As you continue on through the Coral Sea, you'll enjoy an informative snorkelling demonstration and marine talk to help you get the most out of your day on the reef.

Before you know it you'll arrive at Reefworld, your base for exploring The Great Barrier Reef. Reefworld is not only the largest floating pontoon facility in Australia (2 pontoons measuring a total length of 86 metres) it's also the closest to the mainland ... which means you'll arrive quickly and enjoy more time experiencing The Great Barrier Reef.

Be sure to take a ride in our semi-sub. A knowledgeable guide will show you amazing coral formations. Also enjoy an authentic marine life perspective from our Underwater Observatory. You'll be amazed as teams of fish swim right by - so close you'll feel like you could reach out and touch them.

Time for a swim! All equipment is provided, including lightweight wetsuits, flotation aids, diving fins, masks and snorkels with individually sealed mouthpieces. Enter the water confidently and safely from one of the snorkel platforms ... and open your eyes to a world of spectacular beauty! Kids can explore too in their own safe swimming enclosure. Or if you want some time to explore as adults, your little ones can enjoy fully supervised time doing craft activities and playing games in 'Club Seahorse'.

For even more adventure, choose an optional activity. Try scuba diving with our fully qualified diving instructors. Take a helicopter scenic flight over the magnificent reef system. Or relax with a luxurious massage.

Out of the water, enjoy a fresh-water shower, private change rooms and use of the large shaded Sun Deck.

Hardy Reef is located in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and is protected under the Whitsundays Plan of Management Because it is a protected area, please ensure you take nothing home with you except photos and memories, and leave nothing behind Please observe and enjoy the natural surroundings, but don't interfere with the wildlife. Particularly, please don't feed the fish or the birds - as this upsets the natural eco system. Please also take care not to stand on the coral reef or swim too close to the reef as your fins may accidentally come into contact with the delicate coral formations. INTRODUCTORY OR CERTIFIED DIVES

Join an experienced dive instructor for a fascinating Scuba experience along the reef's edge adjacent to Reefworld. Introductory and certified dives are available for a truly memorable Reefworld adventure. All divers must complete a medical questionnaire form before diving**

**Scuba Diving - for both first time and certified divers. A history of certain medical conditions may preclude a guest from Scuba diving unless a current Diving Medical Certificate can be shown to the instructor. All intending divers over the age of 55 years of age must produce a current Diving Medical Certificate. All divers are subject to a medical questionnaire on board the vessel before diving and their fitness to dive will be assessed by the dive instructor.
