   At 24.9 metres, Matador is the largest Iinternational Offshore Racing yacht ever built. Matador designed, developed and constructed at a cost of $US20 million competed in 52 races, 8 regattas and 2 World Maxi Championships undefeated. Constructed from carbon fibre, titanium and aluminium, Matador is truly an awesome sailing machine.

   Refitted in 1997 for charter work, guests can now have the opportunity to enjoy thoroughbred sailing at its best. Matador departs three times a week for a two day two night Maxi Sailing Adventure. Matador accommodates 25 guests and 4 crew in shared accommodation.

   Camp Ashore

   Guests travelling on Matador have the option to camp ashore in private twin or double tents and enjoy the thrill of diving on great fringing coral reefs.

   Stay at Hook Island Wilderness Resort in a dorm room for $15 per night (pay on arrival at island)
